[mrtg] mrtg debugging

Folks,

there are still these issues with mrtg 0.26b on windows ... I have
build a new cross compiler and generated 27beta1 ... you can find
it in pub/beta on the mrtg website ... I would be interested to
hear form windows users if this fixes the problem ...

DO NOT TRY ON REAL DATA !
