[mrtg] cgi manager

Hello,

I've roughed out the first draft of a web manager for mrtg.  Actually, it's 
very rough indeed, but you can just about manage a list of hostnames via the 
web, and it will generate configs, cron scripts and a simple web interface.

It queries monitored hosts and tries to build configs for interfaces, cpu 
usage and storage devices if the information is available.

If anyone's interested, could you download it from 
http://196.41.32.8/gpw/smmrtg-1.tgz and let me know what you think?
