[mrtg] Simple Traffic Grapher

I use MRTG, but also I use Simple Traffic Grapher 'stg.exe' Written by
Leonid Mikhailov to display real-time (second by second) MRTG type
monitoring.  From some online reading, many people who use MRTG, also seem
to use STG for troubleshooting, so I decided to try to ask a question about
it on this forum, as it appears that all development on the tool has stopped
according to this site [http://www.snmptg.com].  I am trying to get STG to
monitor a SNMPv2c device which I can read just fine with the v2c switch in
MRTG.  However, I am unable to get STG to report bandwidth out of the
device.  Has anyone had luck getting STG to monitor a SNMPv2c device?
