[mrtg] Warnings messages

I am currently running MRTG v2.9.22 and it works great.   I wanted to get
MRTG running with RDDtool so I decided to setup another installation of
MRTG on another system (WinNT 4 sp6a & IIS4) for testing so I wouldn't mess
up my current non-rdd installation.  I installed the latest ActivePerl,
MRTG v 2.10pre3 and copied my configs from the working system.  I have not
installed RDD because I wanted to make sure MRTG was working correctly
prior to doing so.   On the test installation when I run MRTG I get the
following warnings and get no info in the images.

I do not get the warnings in v2.9.22.  Any idea's as to why I get these
warning under v2.10pre3?
