[mrtg] Error Message: WARNING: Could not match host:'public at 172.31.39.5' ref:'' key:''

Hi,
 

Im running MRTG 2.9.17 on a Win2K Server and I recently tried to add some
Tripplite UPS into MRTG but im getting this error when running MRTG. Here is
my .cfg file and screen output. BTW- I've already check the OID with
snmputil and it's a valid OID. 

 

H:\>snmputil get 172.31.39.5 public 33.1.2.5.0

Variable = .33.1.2.5.0

Value    = Integer32 546

How do you fix this Warning error? Also, the snmp value is displayed as an
Integer value 546 but I need it to be graphed in MRTG as 54.6Volts and not
546Volts. How do you do this? Thanks!
