Thanks for the tip. With this conf:

Target[count]: ifAdminHack.5&ifOperHack.5:public at 10.23.20.6 + 
ifAdminHack.6&ifOperHack.6:public at 10.23.20.6 + 
ifAdminHack.7&ifOperHack.7:public at 10.23.20.6 + 
ifAdminHack.8&ifOperHack.8:public at 10.23.20.6

I think I get all interfaces in "down state", and none
is up, even when it's actually up.

I checked out mrtg/contrib script GetSNMPLinesUP, which looks like
the one I'm looking for. The problem is that it doesn't return
anything, and log file just displays zeros :-(
