Multiplier...
If 120 really equals 100, does 60 really equal 50? If so,
just add a * .83333 to the target line.
That would be accurate enough...

Hello,
I am trying to graph CPU utilization on a radware wsd.
Radware's OID for CPU dishes out a number between
0-120.
How can I graph that as a percentage? It would be
easier if they simply used a 0-100 scale....
