[mrtg] RRD Install

I used the instruction  in the readme to install the RRD routines.  I had no problem setting up the IIS stuff, but when I run the following command this is what I get...
ppm install rrds.ppd

C:\RRD\perl-shared>ppm install rrds.ppd Error: neither 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ActiveState/PPM//InstallLocation' nor 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/ActiveState/PPM//InstallLocation' found in registry at c:\perl\bin/ppm.bat line 27.

Can Anyone help?
