[mrtg] GD Graphics library

[Crow Lee Contr 379 ECS]

Hi,
 
I am running MRTG and RRDTool with Routers2.cgi.  I am also using ActivePerl
and all of this is on a win2k computer behind a firewall.  I am trying to
get the GD perl graphics libraries for use with the routers2.cgi.  Can
someone please point me in the right direction?  I have tried to use perl's
ppm to connect to activestate and get the libraries, with no luck.  
 
Is there a place where I can go and download these libraries for win2k?
