[mrtg] MRTG.pl - where to find?

this might be a little OT but WTF:

I am looking for a littlefile called mrtg.pl which is referred to at http://www.wtcs.org/snmp4tpc/threshol.htm

I've been searching everywhere but could not find it...it would be nice 
if some one could tell me where it is...
