Would anyone be so kind as to send me a small sample of the exact config
command sequence to produce a simple index page.  I have not been able to
find a good example so I build them with vi.  I have seen several for
instance on a switch where one page has each of the ports of the switch on
it side by side.  Any hints would be great.
