Is there a tutorial on installing RRD on a Win2K system???  I am new at 
this. I believe that I have the correct distribution (rrdtool-1.0.40.x86) 
but the docs are not clear to me.  I found several references to a 
precompiled version for NT  but the one cited is the only one I saw that 
seemed correct.
