No, mrtg.cfg is in another folder (\MRTG\BIN)

The problem is when no administrative users try to access the script. The
pemissions are set on both, MRTG\BIN and inetpub\mrtg folders to everyone
can modify files on that folders. Administrator users can create the graphs
correctly.
