[mrtg] Problems with Routers2.cgi

I am running routers2.cgi and having 2 problems:
 
1) No graphs are displaying just interface names
 
2) When I export the csv file I get 0 bps for both incoming or outgoing traffic on any interface I select
 
Any ideas?
