[mrtg] Problem in disk space monitoring

Hi All, 

I am facing a problem in monitoring the disk space. 

I have two drives...C and D. 

I am trying to monitor the Used space.But the graph is not showing correct
values... 

In theoritical calculations the values are comming correctly...But in
practial its not.. 

Please suggest on this..I am sending my CFG file also for your reference..
