[mrtg] need assistance

Hi
I was able to get an MRTG template for memory monitoring,My set up is like this,win2k machine on which MRTG -RRD combo is running,iam trying to monitor another win2k Server,memory utilization.when i executed my cfg file from command prompt(i did this because the web page from my IIS was not generating any graph),i get an error as below.
