[mrtg] mrtg - set alert on high bandwidth usage

Hi.
 

For long time i searched on internet (google, forum etc...) a way to setting
mrtg to send email alert when bandwidth usage is over x% (for example 80%)

I already use mrtg on windows 2000 workstation to monitor windows 200
servers cpu, ram and disks using mrtg.cfg files like this:

I already use mrtg to create graphs for network cards. I used cfgmaker and
all worked fine but, i need to create an mrtg files with entries like above
to provide email alert when, for example, packets are > than 100000

Can someone help me? I think is very strange that doesn't exist someone who
already tried a future like this....
