[mrtg] Incorrect CPU usage reporting

I am monitoring several servers for various system performance counters.  All
but one have Dual CPU's.  On 5 out of the 13 that I am currently monitoring, the
graph for either CPU1 or CPU2 has Priviledged Usage pegged at 100%, even though
the actual data that I get when I poll the system using SNMPGET fluctuates and
rarely reaches 100%.  I have included a copy of the CPU portion of the config
file below.
