[mrtg] 95th percentile

Hi,
I want to configure the 95th percentile path, and I read the documentation in http://www.seanadams.com/95/. I have configured mrtg-2.9.29.tar.gz.  When I applied the patch, the following errors is show me.

[root at enlaces bin]# patch <mrtg-2.9.10_95pct_patch
patching file mrtg
Hunk #1 succeeded at 955 with fuzz 2 (offset 187 lines).
Hunk #2 FAILED at 1015.
Hunk #3 succeeded at 927 (offset 10 lines).
1 out of 3 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file mrtg.rej

What I  have to do for solve that?

And, is something like that for windows 2000?
