[mrtg] Re: ping-probe problem

It woked with mrtg-ping-probe 2.1.0 BUT I remember that I ran
mrtg-ping-probe with below configuration at 6:00pm and MRTG showed
information at 11:00pm, and many processes is in memory (crond, mrtg, perl,
ping) and every time they multiplie until the memory is saturated and the
system is hung:

In my .log are next lines:

2003-09-02 18:10:03 -- ERROR: I guess another mrtg is running. A lockfile
(/etc/mrtg/rtt-pl.cfg_l) aged
301 seconds is hanging around. If you are sure that no other mrtg
is running you can remove the lockfile
2003-09-02 18:12:23 -- ERROR: Bailout after SIG TERM
2003-09-02 18:15:04 -- Started mrtg
2003-09-02 18:20:03 -- Started mrtg
2003-09-02 18:20:03 -- ERROR: I guess another mrtg is running. A lockfile
(/etc/mrtg/rtt-pl.cfg_l) aged
299 seconds is hanging around. If you are sure that no other mrtg
is running you can remove the lockfile
