[mrtg] favicon

[Anthony Valuikas]

I know this is most likely a simple question but what would be the best way
to link the new favicon in 2.10.0 to cascade across all of the mrtg html
pages? Would it be from pagetop? I looked through the new doc but did not
see any mrtg syntax for it. I understand the HTML syntax but I am unsure of
what would be the best way to do it in mrtg.
