[mrtg] Disk IO on win2k - any sample configs?

Hello, 
i still can't figure out how to pull disk IO counters. snmpwalk does not show counters that would give the info i am looking for. If anybody can provide a sample config or a pointer to a document that explains how to do it, i would really appreciate it.
