[mrtg] Server performance monitoring

Hello	
I've got a few critical monitoring servers which I would like to get
performance stats from.  One of them is a Windows2K server and the rest are
NT4 Terminal Servers...could someone please give me an idea as to what I
should monitor on these servers...I'm currently graphing CPU, and Free
Bytes/Committed Bytes.  What are some other important things to watch.
