[mrtg] graph last value with current?

I'm not real sure what i'm looking for. I've read thought the ref
but i didn't really see what i need.

What i want to get the last value recieved and add it to the current
value that it just recieved, then graph that as a gauge so i have a 
ever increasing graph. BTW this is for manager fluff. 
like "$BW bandwidth saved to date!" or something like that.
