[mrtg] Problem storing data in logfile

Hi,

I am using mrtg-2.10.13 on a FreeBSD 5.2-RELEASE. If the machine which mrtg 
is being deployed is not able to gather the proper information, mrtg stores 
a large value (eg. if I am monitoring a 256kbps link, it stores a 12Mbps 
value). I am using logfile to store the data.


Any ideia to resolve this problem?
