[mrtg] New cfgmaker template - host-ipso.template - Checkpoint FW-1 CPU & NumProcesses

I've posted a new cfgmaker template that will build MRTG
configs for devices running Checkpoint FW-1 software. In
the current state it will poll for CPU Percent Busy, and
Current Number of Processes. The template can be downloaded
from http://mrtg.gvolk.com/template/host-ipso.template
