Thank You, I'm still not certain WHY it skipped it, but I was able to
uncomment that section and data is now being collected for the port. The
comment stated that the port is operational DOWN, but in reality, it is
up/up and fully operational.

If mrtg skips an interface, the interface will be present but commented out
in the output, together with the reason(s) that interface was skipped.
