There is a separate mailing list and discussion forum for routers2.cgi
problems, see the pages on http://www.steveshipway.org/software/
It sounds as if you have your iconurl, graphpath, graphurl settings
incorrect
in your routers2,conf file, or maybe incorrect permissions on the graphpath
folder. If you go to the configuration verification page
http://yourserver/cgi-bin/routers2.pl?page=verify then it will test for many
common errors.
