[mrtg] install dox / auto-generating config files / etc

hi folks,

i've spent the last year (off and on!) implementing mrtg at our site,
mostly poring through mib files and writing perl scripts to automate the
generation of config files against our devices (hosts -- (solaris, linux,
windows), routers/switches/remote access servers, ups, others).

i think i'm done (hah!), and now i'm building the documentation. i've
posted the dox, plus the scripts, to http://www.skendric.com/trend, in the
hope that someone else can use them.
