My Failover 525 pair has the 4 port card inserted also.
I've stripped this down to the relevant lines.
Beware busy percentage. This is NOT utilisation, but a percentage of the
time that the CPU is deemed 'busy'
Obviously you will have to set up the firewall to respond to SNMP requests
from your machine.

Traffic Connections/sec (Current, TCP & UDP)
