[mrtg] sum two interface traffic

Hi, all:

Can anybody help me solve this problem ?
I need to get graph for the sum of two Gigabit interface traffic ,
when I use the following,

(ifInOctets.int1:community at IP1:::::int1+ifInOctets.int2:community at IP2:::::int2)


(ifOutOctets.int1:community at IP1:::::int1+ifOutOctets.int2:community at IP2:::::int2)

I didn't get result.
