[mrtg] POS OC-12 on Juniper M20 graphing incorrect

I have a M20 with a POS OC-12 going to AT&T and the bandwith utl is
about 350M - 400M, but MRTG is showing this to be 50M to 60M?

All of my other OC-12 and GE's read correct that are below 100M

I tried it in RRDtools with 14all.cgi and that did not work either can
someone help?
