[mrtg] determining bandwidth for multiple sites on shared server

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knew if MRTG could determine bandwidth usage for
any given number of sites being served up from a shared server, by say using
the www instance maybe? I currently use MRTG to monitor a clients web server
and they would now like to host 3-4 other sites from that same server. The
trick is that they would like to know how much bandwidth each site is using
and not just how much bandwidth was consumed by their server. They would
like this breakdown so they can bill each different department accordingly.
Has anyone run across this situation before and know if MRTG can be used
like this? (or know of an app that can?)
