Resent because I over-quoted the last message by 1%.


When you run cfgmaker, if you supply on the command line, BEFORE the
--output parameter, --global "options[_]: bits" then it will change the
generated kBytes/s in to what you are looking for.  It must be on the
cfgmaker command line in order for cfgmaker to generate it in bits
instead of bytes.
