[mrtg] mrtg not tracking outband traffic on eth1

I have a Debian Linux box that mrtg tracks inboud and outbound traffic
(Bits per Second) on but on eth1 it only tracks Inbound traffic, I do
have iptables running on this box but all traffic is permitted on the
loopback adapter, I have run tcpdump, and ran tail -f /var/log/syslog to
see where it is getting hung on, I am not sure when looking at the logs
it looks good.




BTW
on eth0 mrtg is tracking inboud and outbound traffic
