[mrtg] RRD

Hello all,

I am new to the RRDtool functionality since I am currently using Rateup.  I
was wondering is it possible to upload raw data from a comma-delimited file
into RRD and graph it?  Also, is mrtg-rrd the best frontend to use with
MRTG/RRD?
