You want TTCP (or TTCPW) for windows.

Will measure throughput at TCP or UDP level between two hosts.

One of the most useful tools I have.

know of PC-PC Bandwidth monitoring Tool ?
e.g. Send some traffic from one PC to its Peer and calculate the BW
achieved ?

including one called netspeed.  Its good for checking actual network
performance.  You can get it and other nice tools at
http://www.optimumx.com/ .
