[mrtg] creating socket: Unknown error

Morning Guys
i get a problem when i try to buld my router MRTG
the error is as folw:


C:\mrtg-2.10.13\bin>perl cfgmaker public at 192.168.0.115 --global "WorkDir:

tpub\wwwroot\mrtg" --output mrtg.cfg

Error:
  creating socket: Unknown error
SNMPWALK Problem for public at 192.168.0.115::::::v4only
WARNING: Skipping public at 192.168.0.115: as no info could be retrieved


while i allready run it before on the same router with same configuration
just two days ago
hope that any one can get me an answer for what i am facing
