If you log ifInOctets.x&ifOutOctets.x:community at device then
MaxBytes1 will cap ifInOctets and MaxBytes2 will cap ifOutOctets.
When in doubt, download a large file from a big, nearby source. This
will (or: should) show up in your setup.
If you are monitoring the ethernet interface of a router, downloaded
traffic will be _outbound_ traffic when viewed from that device.
Set AbsMax to a high value. MaxBytes will be used to calculate
percentages, AbsMax will be used to reject rates that are way too large.
