I'am monitor ISDN and analog calls on AS5300. Monitoring of VoIP connections
doesn't work for me on AS5300, but AS5400 is different.
Here is my MRTG configuration for monitoring calls on AS5300
with 120 channels: 
# AS2 used data channels
Target[as-data]: . at as2.isp.com
Maxbytes[as-data]: 120
Title[as-data]: AS2 DialUP Ports (Max 120)
PageTop[as-data]: <H1>AS2 DialUP Ports (Max 120)</H1>
ShortLegend[as-data]: Ports
YLegend[as-data]: AS2 DialUP Ports
Legend1[as-data]: All Ports (Analog+ISDN) in Use
Legend2[as-data]: Analog only
LegendI[as-data]: Nr:
LegendO[as-data]: Nr:
Options[as-data]: growright, integer, gauge
