[mrtg] mrtg + rrd

Hi all,
I made my mrtg to generate RRD files, but I don't know how can I query these RRD's in order to be able to graph some images out of it; because rrdtool graph needs the name of variables stored in RRD databases and I don't know it. Can anyone help me for this?
