[mrtg] Incorrect Last Updated Time on Graph

I realize the answer MUST be somewhere in the docs, but I've searched
www.mrtg.org and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.  Could someone
throw me a bone and point me in the right direction?

Below is an example from one of my graphs, but the Real time was something
like 10:28.  I've checked the time on the switch, but it does not match the
time below.  Same with the server where MRTG is running.  Where are the
times being pulled from?

EXAMPLE:The statistics were last updated Wednesday, 1 September 2004 at
11:13
