[mrtg] Consolidating two graphics

Hi,

I have a server whose traffic was being graphed by mrtg, but the network 
guys changed its cable to another switch last weekend. Now I have two 
graphics, and what I want to do is to consolidate the data, making it 
possible to see the complete information in only one graphic...

Is it possible?
