[mrtg] Send SNMP request on other port

[Rom15becs[GMAIL]]

 Hi everyone, I'm looking for a way top send SNMP paket on another ports
thanthe basic UDP 160. 
Do yu know how can I do this.
In fact I've got to send request on a router (that I'm already monitoring)
and I want the router to forward the paket on a fortinet, inside the foreign
lan.
