[mrtg] autoscaling for graphs

I am running MRTG 2.12.0 and am having a problem with my graphs, they are
generated at 100Mb and my traffic is only at at 1MB so all I see is a flat
line at the bottom of the graph, I have used earlier versions of MRTG and
have usually had the graphs autoscale, a sample of my config is below, I
just cant figure out what I am doing wrong, I have tried commenting out the
Maxbytes but then I do not get correct values in my graphs. Can anyone
point me in the right direction? Thank you
