[mrtg] SetEnv

I've noticed that when I run cfgmaker (cfgmaker --ifdesc=alias), that each
interface gets a SetEnv set, that tells like its IP and description.
I like having that description set, because I use that when I run indemaker
to label the graphs (using -section description)
My problem is that I am now wanting to use ThresholdI/O and want to send a
SetEnv variable that is unique for each CFG file. The problem is that the
data I put in SetEnv[_] gets overwritten, unless I remove all other SetEnv
statements from the file.
Is there any way for them to happily exist together? Or am I stuck with
having one or the other?
I'm using mrtg-2.11.1 on FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE
