[mrtg] mrt problem

Hi,
   When I ran mrtg script, I got below info in mrtg.cfg

### Interface 0 >> Descr: '' | Name: '' | Ip: '12.0' | Eth: '' ###
### The following interface is commented out because:
### * has a speed of  which makes no sense
### * got 'Received SNMP response with error code
###       error status: noSuchName
###       index 1 (OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.0)
###     SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "192.168.115.250" [192.168.115.250].161)
###                       community: "domain"
###                      request ID: -1251051834
###                     PDU bufsize: 8000 bytes 
###                         timeout: 2s
###                         retries: 5
###                         backoff: 1)' from interface when trying to query
### * --ifref=descr is not unique for this interface

        Can you please shed some lignt on this and let me know why it is giving this info
