[mrtg] Hard Coding MB bandwidth on left side of graph

I am interested in having MRTG graph the max bandwidth of my circuit
rather than use bandwidth usage.
 

I have searched all over the web and the FAQs and unless I missed
something, or it can not be done, I would appreciate assistance.
