[mrtg] Adjusting Graphs: Temperature from APC EMU

Hello All

We're graphic temperature from an APC Environmental Monitoring Unit.  The
Temperature is always between 60 and 100 degrees.  Just wondering if there
is a way to chop off 0 to 60 from the graph so its easier to read.

I'd then probably graph (with YTicks, YTicksFactor) 60 to 100 with 5 degree
intervals at 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100
