Use STG (linked from http://www.wtcs.org/snmp4tpc/links.htm)
For real-time analysis it is excellent.

Invoke, go to view, settings, set the IP address, community string, OID 1 
& OID2 (it defaults to ifInOctets.1 and ifOutOctets.1)and sampling 
interval (defaults to 1,000 milli-sec) and up pops an MRTG-like graph.
